MAKSIMENKO, Taras (Ukrainian,1884-1972)

Taras Maksimenko studied along with Mayakovski in the Academy of Sculpture and Architecture in Moscow form 1918 -1920. He became a Member of the Union of Artists in 1940. He was also a very talented poet and musician.
