GOROV, Nickolai (1919 - 2001)
Nikolay Gorov was born in Noginsk, Moscow region in 1919. Studied at Tbilisi Academy of Art until 1941. He began exhibiting in 1957. Member of the Union of Artists since 1956. Specialised in landscapes. Important show include "Soviet Russia", Moscow, 1960,1964. His paintings are part of private collections in Russia, USA and West Europe. Honoured Artist of Adzharia.
