GOMOZOV, Anatoli (1917 - 2003)

Anatoli Gomozov was born in 1917. Graduated from the Rostov-Don Art College in 1939. Then graduated from the Surikov Art Academy in Moscow in 1950. Member of the Union of Artists. Began exhibiting in 1956. Specialised in thematic paintings. Important shows include "Soviet Russia" 1965. Member of the Union of Artists since 1950. Specialises in genre, landscape and portraiture painting. His works are held in Rostov Don Art Museum. His paintings can be found in private collections of United Kingdom, Russia, France,USA and Germany.
